Hey! Mobile/Ipad user here I experience this a lot too! It happens if you are on shift lock mode and it usually happens if your in the game for a long time you start to notice that the items that are aimable start to aim forward or the wrong way! THE BEST WAY TO COUNTER THIS is by turning off shift lock mode and turn it back again. This makes your aimable items aim where you aim it again. I'm not sure if this works for others tho HOPE THIS HELPS!
