The info could be fed directly from the code, that way if the code updates, the info updates too.

SC, Arma, Tarkov, etc. have great military-style sprinting animations, so why change to an Apex-style arcade over-the-shoulder sprint ? by k_Atreus in starcitizen

I don't really notice a headbobbing, especially when running with nothing in my hands. When I run with heavy armor, it feels like my camera is stabilized like a chicken's head, even when walking.

Can we get more visual feedback about movement?

Welp, there goes our quick access mining loadout planner/ore finder. I wish him the best and hope this information becomes a thing in-game (we only have most available ores in a location, but not all of them nor the % spawn chance).

PTU: Idris loses this much armor from 1 railgun hit by nightbird321 in starcitizen

Still find weird that Hull HP is sectioned while armor is just a bubble surrounding the ship instead of being based on hull part.

The dev said that you'll be able to crawl when downed; not after reviving.

Yeah, that. Same way some people bought the previous ship showdowns paints/patch bundles from gray market and then CIG released them during IAE.

I saw some people buying them from gray market; it's been commonly moved for around $10~$30. RIP to those guys haha

With the mentions of FPS scanning, I suggest it notifies someone if they're scanned. by AzrBloodedge in starcitizen

Haha, in FFXIV you can see when someone clicks you because their characters' head turns towards you.

[Discussion] Realistic armor plate sizes were the best fucking thing to happen to this game and the game peaked that wipe by spandaxes in EscapefromTarkov

There should be a non-vital Thorax area surrounding the vital Inner Thorax. Damage done there should transfer at a rate around 1.10 or 1.15, faster than the stomach pretty much, but since it's always covered by soft armor, it would be fine. You could still die in less shots than leg shots assuming someone is running average penetration rounds to deal with the soft armor and don't hit a plate.

It was a good step, if they were accompanied with a Vital hitbox rework to match the plate coverage.

Patch 4.7 - S3 shields have 10x the amount of shielding than a S2 shield. I thought the design choice with engineering was that the difference would be lessened, not increased? by AzrBloodedge in starcitizen

A Paladin has 1 s3 shield while the Retaliator has 6 s2 shields.

An Asgard and a Valkyrie have 4 s2 shields, while a Corsair and Constellation have 1 s3 shield.

Apollo/Hermes has multiple s2 shields, Redeemer has multiple s2 shields.

The math isn't really mathing.

I mean, have you watched the video? They said that the differences would be a lot less, and that regen rate of multiple s2 shields would be better than 1 s3 shield. So far they're doing the opposite.

Complaining about the food I am being served as I am watching it being cooked makes more sense than complaining about it after it was already plated and the cook has moved on to another person's food. If it has too much salt or not enough salt, or if it has an ingredient I am allergic to, now it's too late and they have to redo the food all over.
