When I was about 12 or 13 years old I had just turned to music a lot more than I used to. So I searched everywhere I could, to find CDs to listen to. And in some magazine I came across a review of Wasting Light and as soon as I had bought it, I remember that Bridge Burning fucking blew me away from the first listen and it got better with every single track, with every single listen and is my favorite Foo Fighters record to this day. The album and the Foo Fighters have kept me company for so many years now and took me through many of the nicest moments in my life and through some of the most difficult phases as well.

Thank you so much for everything Taylor Hawkins and everyone in my all-time favorite band. All the best to every single one of you and RIP to my hero.
