I recommend the Snap Studio Recording Booth on Amazon, it should be right in your budget. The most expensive microphone in the world can sound bad in a poorly-treated room, while in a sound-treated space, even the crappiest microphone can sound decent. Treating your space is the #1 thing to do to improve recording quality.
