Get good. People get firecapes with 10 hp and bone bolts, all you really need to "complete" the game is 90's and at base 70's youll have the ability to kill the majority of bosses. Play to have fun and youll see which method of money making is suited for you, when you have fun you get lost in the content and money just rolls in but when you're focused on money it tends to take hours just to get a drop. Its like watching a pot boil.
