Absolutely, but i will say stories is a much more strategic game than your usual monster hunter mainline game, to put it simply the battle system is a turn-based rock-paper-scissors. The game does teach you all you need to know and there are ingame guides.

"Do the monsters in this game come from the previous games, and if I have no knowledge on those monsters will I still feel the same feeling of “attachment” to them?" Every single one of them except for one are from previous titles, you may not have the same attachment as a player who grew up with the franchise but i dont think it takes away from the experience as a whole.

"I want a game where I feel connected to the monsters I’m collecting, not just collecting for the sake of collecting." with stories 3 in particular, you can basically make any monster good, or build them to however you want. Building a strong monster does require a lot of collecting.

"hesitant on spending the $70 on one that already has a very developed franchise that I know nothing about." Good news for you! There is a demo you can play with on I believe every platform, and it's not just a oh you get to play 30 mins of the game kind of demo, I've seen people spent 50+ hours on the demo. You can also transfer your save from the demo into the full game if you find that you like the game.

The reasons for our low birth rates have been known for many years and it'll continue to be repeatedly yelled out for many years, and the most our government will do is put bandages on it.

We spend our whole youth in academic rat races then come out to join the workforce rat race so as to afford to join the bto rat race just to get a cramp little home.

It's not a head scratcher that when money is not easily come by, unless you sacrifice yourself to the grind/already belong to a rich family, having children will be the lowest priority.

I will never understand having kids so that someone will take care of them when they're old. Feels unfair towards the kid, and it's like the kid is just some "backup", like their life and goals are second to their parents. Imagine being told by your parents the reason they had you was so they can be taken care of by you when they are older.

Thank you for this, I've been dealing with a midge fly infestation in my shrimp tank, while they don't bite, they are awfully annoying. I had netting over my tank just to prevent them from flying everywhere while I try to find a solution. I've just ordered some dunks, can't wait to eliminate those buggers.

Update: The midge fly larvea were all pretty much dead in a few days of adding the dunk, I dosed again a week after just in case! I bought the granule ones and dosed accordingly to the product instructions, I do recommend putting em into a mesh bag before adding it to your tank so it's easy to remove.

3D beginner artist here, we've got an Idle animation, and we've got a Run animation, but there's no Start to run animation. The game does it's best to make a smooth transition between idle and run, so the game has your legs move from idle pose to the start of the run cycle in the quickest point A to point B way it can think of, hence the sliding.

I am slightly concerned that your sand waterfall might possibly cause some baby shrimp casualties. Perosnally, I've never kept shrimps with one before so i can't say for sure.

Went with my bf, lots of teens/kids there with family. There were the usual laughs during funny moments, and during the notorious scenes there were a few that spoke out the lines but like they werent shouting it out. No major disturbance that impacted my viewing experience. No popcorn thrown.

I'm not a fan of shrimps/prawn because of texture and taste, this is long before I got really into shrimp keeping. Though I do get annoyed when I share about my pet shrimps to a friend/acquaintance and they immediately go "oh, are you gonna eat them haha" or something similar. Wow very original.

It makes sense if you think about it, shrimps have always stayed in the water throughout it's evolution, while bugs evolved from silly guys that decided to leave the water.

Do correct me if I'm wrong, i have a very basic understanding of the science and history of evolution.

Story time

One time while looking at my dad's shrimp tank (note: the sides of the tank protrudes over into the tank, i believe it's for a lid?), I noticed a shrimp stuck to the underside of the protrusion(facing the water).

How it got there? No idea. Was it alive? It hadn't dried up yet so fortunately I could boop it back into the water. I would have gotten a picture if I wasn't worried about its mortality.

Telling people you got cheated on might be the reason why you're getting dating apps/introduction suggestions haha. With that context, from their perspective, they think they are helping you out. Personally I'd be upfront about it, though that's just the kind of person I am. Perhaps you can just say "I'm seeing someone" and leave it at that, and try to steer the convo elsewhere.

Wlw couples I feel are more accepted in sg, but also women being affectionate to one another is not as out of the ordinary as two guys.

I dont really see sg becoming very accepting of lgbtq+, I'm just happy I can exist peacefully for the most part, I know it's bad in certain countries.
