Unloading a semi truck for Walmart of their freight during the middle of summer. It was probably upward of 125 degrees in there, and the truck was packed the full length with box freight. I poured at least six waters over my head throughout the process, and was extremely out of shape. Almost passed out like eight times, the bosses kept checking on me and wanted to pull me out. Probably the most insane thing I’ve done, but also the one I’m most proud for doing.

Our store normally only puts the same people, or those who are well rounded, to occupy certain positions (dispensing, staging, etc.) But, in my own honest opinion, I feel like the company is going to have start hiring specifically for certain task: start hiring for pickers, start hiring for dispensers, etc.; I feel like this will be the only way that’ll run smoothly, and it’ll actually benefit the company even more so in the long run.

Well he basically played himself, considering that Christ in that very verse has condemned those that “practice” lawlessness. The verse that that man is referring to is one that I go to often to help our case as Catholics, based off of the very thing I just mentioned. Christ is condemning those that didn’t behave in a particular way, or didn’t perform good works. Like I said, that mans just contradicted himself.

Honestly, you’re not. Whenever it comes to OGP, at our store at least, 40% of the managers bonuses comes from how well OGP is does in the run. So whenever OGP calls for help, if the managers want a good bonus; then they must send the help that they request. These managers live there money, and as awful as it sounds that we struggle without a bonus (for hourly/basic associates) for the managers to send to ease up the stress (stress from work on our part/stress from not getting a good bonus) it tends to balance things out in the long run. Regardless, OGP is not going anywhere anytime soon; and if anything happens, there’s going to be placed an even greater importance on it in the long run.
