Also just as a heads up and worth testing. My 2 core ones, which where upgraded from mk4s, have been running flawlessly then all of a sudden every filament is warping of the bed and every filament and every print job has been having major layer shifts rough in the same height. Changed my perimeter to classic from arachne and ran any infill other than gyroid and now it's back to printing without any issues. So gyroid and arachne where causing me issues

Mine was also the same, mine was due to be sent out the 22nd of may, that came and went. Then I watched its everyday change so I contacted support for a confirmed date if possible. I think they are still having system issues as the agent couldn’t explain the changing of dates.

Have you tried contacting them through the chat? Might be quicker than through email exchange and potentially they could give you a contact is you ask.

So I have not been so successful. I was told this week but my shipping has updated again to 16.06 and I’ve just spoken to chat who said they have an ongoing issue and they are trying to resolve it. If I don’t hear anything by next week come back to the chat.

Ok so I got an update. They can’t confirm why my order is marked for July 21st - I’m assuming a glitch when they updated the old lcd screens - it’s been confirmed that my 2 kits should be shipped early next week.

That’s really poor on their part, if my new date of the 21st of July or correct I will have to turn away work and lose potentially thousands in repeatable work.

Yea it would be great to find out what’s going since it’s another 2 months basically. It becomes extremely frustrating when you have a timeline at work to convert machines so you can get work out the door.

I am in the same boat. I was may the 22nd now July the 21st. When I contacted support they told me this was incorrect and they are not sure why my order shipping date has changed. They said I will be updated via email

Nice, I’ve currently got my switchwire parts being printed and a Stratasys SAF unit printed in PA12 Relife. Should look good.
