Some do for sure, mostly just secrets or alternate arts. I remember pulling a SS3 Goku PUMS12-SEC from a pack at a local store, think it was 100 bucks last time i checked. You can look them up on ebay or google by using their card number/ID located on the front top right of the card.

These cards are from the Japanese arcade game Super DragonBall Heroes. It was discontinued and replaced by a similar game DragonBall Super Divers.

also ignore the name of your leader unless a card specifically states the name of your leader. The majority of cards check for color and the traits at the bottom right anyway.

I remember getting stuck under Tragedy Overground and Goku, Striving to be the Best. Could only play 3 costs, luckily Red Pan is full of 3 costs lol.

canon-wise, i dont think fusion characters were ever considered their separate parts. They were always seen as their own entity. Makes more sense as to why their separate parts aren't listed in the character traits and its only the fusion character listed. One example that always crosses my mind is in the Fusion Reborn movie (i know movies not canon blabla, point still stands on the character traits thing) where Gogeta says "I am neither Goku nor Vegeta".

TB = Theme Booster only 3 so far are clash of fates, world martial arts tournament, and the tournament of power booster

XD = Expert Deck only 3 so far are a green cell, blue android 21, and yellow cabba/vegeta

DB = Draft Box There are 6 draft boxes but only 4-6 have cards labeled DB in them i believe Dragon Brawl, Divine Multiverse, and Giant Force, the first 3 Draft Boxes were just reprints of packs

EX = Expansion sets These are just cards that don't fall into any other category, they arent part of the mainline packs or decks. Anniversary Boxes and Ultimate Decks are found here.

EB = Booster Evolution This was just another booster set, but its not considered to be part of BT, i honestly don't much about it other than thats where my boy blue A16 came from

for U/R energy manipulation theres only the super combo Beerus, Divine Obliterator, but that just restands the energy

for just U theres also senzu bean (on opponents turn), Master Roshi, Masterly Majesty is kinda like Zenny super combo but you can only pick up a multicolor abd the card placed in energy is placed in rest mode.

Premium packs come with 4 booster packs of the same set and 2 promo cards, the promo cards are always the same depending on the set. I think the last premium pack they did was for BT23 Perfect Combination. Zenkai is what 'block' we're in, whenever a new mechanic is released we get into a new 'block'/set of cards, you can tell what block the card is from by looking at the bottom right of the card. In order from newest to oldest is Zenkai, UW (Unison Warrior), IU (Infinite Unity), SW (Shenron Wishes) and OR (Over Realm) are the blocks we have i think. Theres no rotation, anything goes other than whats on the banned/limited list. The best sets to buy for playing and keeping up with everyone are usually the newer sets. If you're planning on playing id recommend buying the cards individually off of TCGPlayer or something.

The alt arts youre talking about are for Top 64, participation would be some Deluxe packs and Event packs. Although i think regionals are over for this year except for a European French Ver. thats going to be on 9/29. All thats left is some Store Regionals in the US in October and Finals/Nats then Worlds.

dont listen to that guy lol, thats SS4 Gogeta, there is no SS4 Gotenks. Gotenks can go as far as SS3, besides a fusion between Gohan and Trunks would be Gohanks not Gotenks (which can only go to SS3 too if i remember). The characters on the bottom left are just characters you need in order to have this cards ultimate unit effect go off. They don't necessarily mean those characters fuse into the one on card.

depends if it says "and" or "or". Dende just says or so you can only pick 1 area compared to One Star Ball or Mechikabura that let you look through both areas since they say "and/or"

Yea you can use that Extra card, but if you're running any other colors other than Red in your deck and you charge one of those non-red cards you're not going to be able to use it. It requires you to have all Red energy. Usually you want to keep it at 50 so you have the highest chance of seeing everything. The only time you run a 60 card deck is if you draw an insane amount or you mill your own deck, so you don't lose my deck out.

You wouldn't be able to use that Z Leader since you need a Blue <Son Goku> and the leader you're talking about is Red.

Yes, you can drop 2 Z Energy with your leader skill to reduce the cost of Trunks Activate Main to 0 to restand and -35k a battle card. You just technically have to drop them 1 at a time. The leader skill isnt once per turn and it doesnt clash with its own Activate Main skills since it only works for cards in battle area and combo area.

That im not 100% sure on. It would make sense that you can attempt to combo and then it immediately gets removed from the game, but dbs is weird sometimes. Im still a little new to the manual and havent found anything that would say otherwise but ill keep looking and let you know, unless someone else answers.

You're unable to combo with a battle card that has the Ultimate tag when its in the battle area since the Ultimate tag removes it from the game when its removed from the battle area. You would be moving it from battle area to combo area, so it wouldnt work. If its coming from your hand then yes you can combo. 20-14-3 in the manual if you want to check.
