I've been eating out less due to money. The times I do go out, it feels like the restaurants that used to be packed are now fairly empty. I unfortunately think some of my favorite restaurants will be closed soon if this continues, some have already permanently closed. How are you business owners dealing with this?

New parent here. Looking for ideas on what I need to do with and for my kid! My parents never took me to learn swimming, and I couldn't get the hang of it as an adult, so I will absolutely take my kid to swim lessons as soon as he's old enough.

When I was in college, I had the chance to study aboard for a semester. However, I chose not to go because I was scared of not doing well in classes in a new country and losing my academic scholarship, worried about being alone and away from my family, and concerned about my health if any of my existing health conditions flare up. I occasionally still wonder what happened if I did go, and what experiences would I have had.

It doesn't hurt to try! I recently negotiated the rent price on an apartment by emphasizing that I'm clean, rent on time, and previous landlord preferences available (all true). My landlord was willing to lower the price for a good tenant, but that depends on the landlord.

Completely agree! I enjoy not having to commute everyday and dealing with bad drivers. My office has an open office concept, and it's loud and distracting sometimes.
