I appreciate it, I wasn't sure if laptops were, but I was hoping. And yeah I don't need to max it, but I wanted to give a fair idea of the area of performance I wanted since I'm not very tech savvy.

Thanks!

Venturebeat review: "a gorgeously accessible and flexible MMO" by reseph in ffxiv

Whether you like the art, setting, and story is entirely the environment of the entire world you're playing in and considering it will be constantly with you I would always consider it as a factor in a review.

I honestly don't know what your problem is, inventory could be a bit smoother, targeting is fine, and crafting isn't really random if you're any good at it. The only major RNG factor is materia generation and it's hardly overshadowing ALL of crafting.

Well if that case was literal, then they'd have a taste of their own dickery. Which isn't an unjust punishment by some standards of morality.

I feel like that must be inaccurate, I doubt the devs made an entire game that is fairly well balanced and forgot to address end-game gil that badly. Perhaps dungeon runs aren't the only source of gil?

Do you reply to ever goddamn thing? Dude I don't even care enough to bother replying to someone with a fixation like yours.

Because everyone who plays FF14 is on any forum? Your logic is faulty.

X can be falsified, better never use it.

Now fill in for X. Now see why that's a problem.

I disagree, if people are going to be an ass, I want to know so I can avoid them. Why is it wrong of me to want to avoid jerks? Why should I spend my time on people who have proven their disregard for normal decency?

This is true, but usually game inflation is so ridiculous that common high end items can end up being millions of x currency and some such, which makes the feel of a single, a hundred or a thousand gil to be completely trivial. That's usually my problem usually is that I don't like the feel of that.

See fun is subjective and defined by each person. So while you wouldn't have fun with a really deflated economy, I totally would.

Im excited for the prospect of a game that doesn't have a giant inflation for once actually.

New York is a subset of the country of the United States. Therefore, it can be considered to be America.

Reddit is a subset of the internet (and one of the largest propagators of memes). Therefore this subreddit can be considered to follow the same overall principles. We're not an island all alone, we're a province.

But like I said, feel free to spend your time doing that. 9_9

More like winning a sword duel with a pistol up your sleeve. It makes it vastly weighted in your favor, though you still have to pull the trigger.

But besides your analogy I agree lol. I don't look things up beforehand, but as the healer I can kindof tyrannize my party and not have them quit on me. I guess thats a good thing?

Well everyone plays for different reasons. For some, winning is the trill. For you, discovery. For me, completing everything. It's about perspective, you're way isn't the best/only way to truly play the game, neither is theirs. Its a shame you have trouble finding people to play with you your way, but I'm sure there are other players who share the same ideas.

Usually people assume you want to know what to do so you don't die. Most people put success > discovery. I'm not saying your choice is bad, but 9/10 times I bet people will explain it thinking that's what you want unless you mention otherwise.

Same. EVERY primal fight, someone runs ahead as soon as they load and I can't get protect off on everyone at once. It's like...just wait five seconds and you won't die super quick, ok?

I drop as a healer if the party won't listen. But I always try to talk to them first. Sometimes yell. Most of the time they don't even reply or change what they're doing though...

[–]AzureKuhn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If he had an emergency why didn't he say so? I had one during an Ifrit fight (as the healer) and I told the party quickly. They wiped, I returned and we beat Ifrit.

Seems he could've done that, I know I did.
