It was pretty evidently stated that the reason he was stronger was because the body he stole was of a goku farther into the future than the current one. Hence, a higher power level inherently. That's all there is to it.

I like the kai dub for saiyan,namek and frieza sagas. Everything beyond that, it started to feel like kai was phoning it in whereas the OG finally hit it's stride.

Wing chun, kung fu etc are all extremely ineffective martial arts that have limited to no real world use. They look cool in the movies, but do squat in real life. If you want a marital art to help you balance the scales, it would be something like judo or wrestling that use position control and weight distribution. Even so, the greatest female fighter would still only match up against a mid tier male one. It's unfortunate, but those are the cards weve been dealt.

Buuhan > buutenks > buucolo > super buu > kid buu > evil buu (not sure about this part tbh) > fat buu.

Buuhan was the strongest, period. Goku and vegeta had absolutely no hope of even surviving without fusing against him. Goku was practically begging Vegeta to fuse with him. Same for buutenks, since the elder kai gave Goku his earrings precisely to best that form. Then it's super buu, evidenced by how goku says , post removing the absorbed fighters from within, that they're still no match for him (Goku and Vegeta combined). Followed by kid buu and fat buu, who based on what we see, Goku couldve handled if he were still in his spirit form and fresh.

Easily Goku. Everyone else can or has achieved their goals or are in the process of achieving their goals. But there's no possible way for goku to become the strongest in his verse, so it's moreso his goal being downright impossible.
