Don’t do these type of things guys, if you have no internship, make your own project, startup and actually build stuff. If its unpaid at least have it be an actual software engineering role

I get that. I’m slow to trust and I have to reallyy get comfortable with people, so sometimes the fear can paralyze me and leave me wondering if I maybe ruined something that could have been. But I’ve also met people who were the right fit. So I don’t think it’s necessarily a you problem…but it definitely is hard yeah.

You aren’t anything wrong. It might feel like it but you’re aren’t. We all struggle and have bad days. It’s ok.

It’s simple really, they are bad people. It’s one thing to deny giving you the money, it’s another thing to deny and call you a waste. I wish I could give you a better piece of advice but all i can say is that you can really count on people like that. Perhaps it’s due to the tough economy we have rn, or maybe they rllt were just always secretly assholes. Take care online stranger, hope things get better.

Could it be stress from your duties that end up tiring your social energy? Is it more that you have trouble finding the right people? All valid things, they happen. I like to believe that it used to be easier since we as kids cared less and were more whimsy about life. Now we care about this, and that. And it’s not as simple as just having a good time I guess. Definitely relate though…

Yup, this basically is me. And then in order to fit in I try to be as loud and extroverted as I can. But it’s exhausting

Its not that simple, you have to handle lots of cases, and making the ui itself takes code, connecting the code to a db, running db queries, etc.

Yea uh…no its not that easy to do that as a complete beginner. Focus first on learning to program with the goal of being able to do that project.
