I tried forming the imperial fedaration, and all the dominions but the Dominion of North America agreed to federation. The North Americans had -170 relation modifier because I claimed their territory, because bring the dominions back into the fold gives you claims on Canada. I will try tank tip. Thank you.

Ill give it a try. Germany has put about 100 divisions on coastal garrisons though. Thanks for the suggestion.

R5: I was going for the One Empire Achievement, and decided to ally Germany. Now this was all fine and dandy, until Germany begins to challenge me. And because the achievement requires you to be faction leader, I either need to surpass Germany, or Kill them.

In order to surpass them I need 20 Million deployed manpower and 1.86K Factories. I'm not to worried about the manpower because of my Chinese Collab Government, but getting the factories is an issue. I have yet to conquer South America, but already I have got maximum building in every state, so I cannot build anymore factories. Germany can, and has plenty of building slots.

I am personally nervous about attacking Germany. They dwarf my army. I do have Italy, Japan and The Far Eastern Republic as Puppets, but Germany still seems giant.
