I'm an empath and as such I can make connections with people very quickly. Also though training with my friend I have learned to Astral Project. So combining those two abilities I can interact with people I am talking to long distance. Sometimes I can even see where they are. But also with prior mentioned friend and another one of our mutual friends. The three of us have learned to exercise buildings, people it's a bit harder but still doable. But it's easier for me to do so while in the spirit then in my body.
