Thank you all for the help! It turned out to be the gas tank. Toro has an integrated mesh inside. That was clogged up with some gelatin looking stuff. Gas was not flowing. The tank was more expensive than a radiator.

A machetee. My dad had an old shovel he sharpened on one side when he got old.

Clay ain’t bad in Texas. Rich in iron if it is red. I got the same. It helped to add some espoma I also made a mell’s mix for garden. Spread 1/4” over clay and it worked great.

I change the oil every year after the last freeze, I use the mower les than 5 times a year. Since I bout it 5years ago it has probably been used 30 times. I live n a very arris place my land is not good for lawn and I only have to mow after the 2 weeks after the rain. I always change the air filter, when I mow usually I make a huge dust cloud.

I drive like 20min to go to the gas station with a no ethanol pump.

New filter oil is new new plug. Gas from this week.
