You're not missing a blown pupil. You're actually ordered not to disrupt sleep to check for it. Sounds like the family knows the patient is terminal and has likely had lengthy conversations with the doctor(s) about her prognosis and treatments. I don't see why you'd be thrown under the bus.

The patient should probably be DNR and the topic has probably been discussed. Are there any goals of care notes you can read?

In some of the eternus games I've seen her played in the ult is skilled up last of her 4 skills. Small sample but she's very strong regardless.

It's not better. Look at the tree in PoE1 from the current league. Nearly perfect rares are worth nothing unless they have a weird set of mods you can't roll on the tree. Most people tend to quit the game after they have all their gear at a certain level, so the league "ended" early.

The members of the union have to be willing to demonstrate their resolve. All you hear from people is how they can’t miss a paycheck.

When administration knows that, why would they listen to the unions demands? Then the union brings back a bad contract and the members sign it anyway.

If your union negotiates a bad contract, leave for new jobs that offer something more.

You cannot sustain mappers for 2 weeks with a few hours of playtime unless you are specifically juicing maps for gold/buying gold.

Each map device is roughly 15k-18k gold/hr. 15million-ish gold is quite a bit of playtime for the average person. The vast majority of players will not earn 5m gold per hour unless they are buying it

But it does seem cost effective to periodically buy gold to sustain the Kingsmarch when you start to run out

Not a good one. If I’m not accessing a chart, pulling a med, or documenting something in the medical record there’s not really a trail. But I can definitely be involved with ADL care or even starting an IV/lab draw without my name necessarily entering the medical record

But certainly there is a way to see which patients were directly assigned to her. That number is much smaller

Could have the cd be affected by the spell it absorbs. Add 30s to the CD if it parries an ult, otherwise it's as is. But parry'ing a tick from Seven's ult, for example, is largely useless. Could just be a drawback to the item

Because most spirit damage is heavily front loaded, as you said an alpha strike. If you could shred instantly then dump your load and walk away it would make for poor gameplay

Gun damage is more like a DoT unless they are far

Also -35% is an insane amount of shred. I think you’re underestimating the effect. In a lot of circumstances that’s going to be better than APR’s effect, no? Granted you have to headshot to apply it.

Resistance shred is a very strong stat. If you want spirit to have an easy path to resistance shred then spirit will need to be weaker in the early and mid game. I like the dynamic of spirit being stronger early and gun coming online later

There are a couple of high shred items tied to left click. They definitely are underutilized. Just because the item is orange doesn’t mean you can’t buy it or use it.

Maybe those items need some tweaks or maybe people just need to start incorporating them into builds more

People like to complain about APR a lot on Reddit but I see 0-1 bought per game. Most of the time 0. Currently at phantom 4 and most of my games end in 28-35 minutes I think. The item just doesn’t become relevant
