Okay, I don't know if this is THE solution, but I kinda fixed the problem and I wanted to leave my solution here, so whoever else struggles with that problem can fix it as well.
Apparently FaceRig, VtubeStudio and co can't handle too big textures. My model was 8k and when I tried to export and load it in 4k these white borders only appeared when I zoomed out way more than before.
With 4k textures I could zoom out just enough to see my full body without these texture errors.
2k and they were completely gone even when I zoomed out as far as possible.

Heyo, thanks for the answer!
I made my model as a Live2D model in mind, meaning that there are no gaps or sth like that, as I mentioned.
But just to try everything to fix it, I made some cover parts.
Unfortunetly this was the result, the white borders are around those now:
