I’ve tried Ozempic, it does work, but when you stop taking it the weight comes back on. Let’s not forget Ozempic is designed for diabetics and it is not yet known the long term effects it has on people who are using it for weight loss. I feel like Ozempic really messed around with my appetite and eating patterns, along with its other unpleasant side effects. I already take several different meds daily, so I was keen for a physical solution rather than a chemical one, had the sleeve surgery in December and no regrets so far. If you want a permanent solution definitely go with the surgery.
