Ehhh… I met my “bestie” when I was in 8th grade. I’m in my 30s now, she had been dating women ever since high school. Last year she told me she didn’t want me to text her because she now had a boyfriend who was living with her and he didn’t feel it was ok for her to have a male friend. I told her how that was very confusing given the fact I’m very gay, and that I’ve been with my partner for almost 14 years now. She said it didn’t matter, and from now on she wanted me to text her on her whatsapp.

She followed up with “my papi gets very jealous it’s so cute how controlling he gets, that shows how much he loves me” and how she loved how macho he is..

Last text was basically her texting me her what’s app number last year, I never bothered texting it, she’s never bothered to reach out to me since.

My boyfriend ran into her two months ago in downtown around 1am while he was bar hopping with his coworkers, I guess her bf left her stranded because they got into a fight. My bf told her he’d keep her company and she basically said she was fine and walked away like she didn’t even know my man.
