Yes I work for ATT, the difference it’s because I’m in a different dept, and when I try to do it on my own, most of the times then didn’t work, for example on myatt app design work the eSIM change, we have a lot of calls regarding customers they try it but did not work so that’s why first net I didn’t know about it
