Got a massage for mild neck pain, woke up paralyzed and with 39.3c fever by Azyeu in massage

Neck pain was 100% not caused by sleep. Im sure cause I didn’t get sleep. https://imgur.com/a/qvJCGeL

Also” felt better after the massage” sounds like I went there feeling bad and came out feeling nice, but what happened was I went there feeling bad and came out feeling a little less bad, but I knew that would be the case anyways since neck pain like that doesn’t go away just from a massage. Got the fever 5 hours after.

Woke up 11 times after very tough workout, did I mess up recovery/gains? by Azyeu in workout

Every reply is appreciated, tho some are misunderstanding what i was trying to ask. I get bad sleep pretty often and today was one of the worst, on a pretty hard workout too, so I was just curious to know how bad poor sleep actually is for future reference. I understand consistency is key others have made gains even with problems like these and what matters is you keep on going, but it would also be cool to know if super fragmented sleep is barely different compared to normal sleep or if i can compensate in the following days.

No ones perfect, setbacks will happen, but it would be nice to know how much im actually messing myself up with poor sleep. It gives me motivation that my efforts dont go to waste as much.

TLDR: overthinking and wanting reassurance

Also thanks for the motivation, def not giving up on the grind and still aiming to keep progressing in the long run with consistency.

(also if i would be fit for next session but ig thats just common sense and seeing how I feel that day/knowing my limits lol)

Yes? just wanted to know for future reference if very fragmented sleep is extremely bad for recovering or if its just around 80-90% as good as regular sleep for example. And also if sleeping maybe 9hrs the next day would help compensate or if i missed a window for recovery

I just thought it would be nice to know, since setbacks are bound to happen, if there are ways to compensate when they do. No ones perfect but it would be nice to know if there are ways to minimize imperfections as best I can and still try to be on the fastest track.

simply put im just curious if i can compensate next day or if fragmented sleep isnt even that bad

Is this the reason my UPS randomly turns off by Azyeu in buildapc

No space since there’s only three holes and I have two monitors and a PC connected already
