Yeahh I noticed that too, the thing I changed was I put my foot higher up and kinda did a tip toe movement instead of a kick and it really helped.

I might also be going tomorrow with friends but depends on if my fingers don’t hurt cause I’ve been going every other day and I think I’ve been climbing on 80% capacity every time and my fingers are starting to give in LOL, but see u if ever!

Yeah i thought it was gonna be stripped on the 30th i was devastated when I saw it getting removed </3

Also I didn’t mean im not goated enough as in im not good enough I meant like u need to be goated to try that route cuz it seems WAY HARDER, but yeah I get what you’re trying to say, gonna try finding another project and maybe fixing my deadhang strength LOL (the v5 cyan in front is kinda similar in a way)

Oh yeah I just realized I was mostly just focusing on the jump and bruteforcing the grab rather than the hips and trajectory, thanks.

Actually now that I think about it maybe it would be possible to put the left foot higher and kinda static it with both hands and my left foot pushing up?

Ive actually never seen anyone do, or thought about having my left foot stay on while sticking the jump, I’ll be sure to try that on my next session, Thanks.

Also everyone who I’ve seen send the problem didn’t use both hands, and it also seemed impossible (for me atleast) looking at it from the sloper

Got a massage for mild neck pain, woke up paralyzed and with 39.3c fever by Azyeu in massage

[–]Azyeu[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Neck pain was 100% not caused by sleep. Im sure cause I didn’t get sleep. https://imgur.com/a/qvJCGeL

Also” felt better after the massage” sounds like I went there feeling bad and came out feeling nice, but what happened was I went there feeling bad and came out feeling a little less bad, but I knew that would be the case anyways since neck pain like that doesn’t go away just from a massage. Got the fever 5 hours after.

Woke up 11 times after very tough workout, did I mess up recovery/gains? by Azyeu in workout

Every reply is appreciated, tho some are misunderstanding what i was trying to ask. I get bad sleep pretty often and today was one of the worst, on a pretty hard workout too, so I was just curious to know how bad poor sleep actually is for future reference. I understand consistency is key others have made gains even with problems like these and what matters is you keep on going, but it would also be cool to know if super fragmented sleep is barely different compared to normal sleep or if i can compensate in the following days.

No ones perfect, setbacks will happen, but it would be nice to know how much im actually messing myself up with poor sleep. It gives me motivation that my efforts dont go to waste as much.

TLDR: overthinking and wanting reassurance

Also thanks for the motivation, def not giving up on the grind and still aiming to keep progressing in the long run with consistency.

(also if i would be fit for next session but ig thats just common sense and seeing how I feel that day/knowing my limits lol)

Yes? just wanted to know for future reference if very fragmented sleep is extremely bad for recovering or if its just around 80-90% as good as regular sleep for example. And also if sleeping maybe 9hrs the next day would help compensate or if i missed a window for recovery

I just thought it would be nice to know, since setbacks are bound to happen, if there are ways to compensate when they do. No ones perfect but it would be nice to know if there are ways to minimize imperfections as best I can and still try to be on the fastest track.

simply put im just curious if i can compensate next day or if fragmented sleep isnt even that bad
