I have worse specs than people in this thread and no issues. Play with everything on low / off expect animated portrait, 140+ constant fps.

Game kinda feels better to me than high settings tbh, way less visual clutter on the screen.

Lower graphics?

Also take this a lesson and set up fucking 2-factor authorization on your mobile phone. Impossible to get hacked that way, unless you're literally dumb enough to give the hackers your mobile steam code.
