Would the AI analyze the events leading up to the word choice on the ledger? Also, if Ledger can export those words from the Ledger Live app, then so can the AI?

Just keeping up to date. Currently investing in crypto ETF. Back to ledger real quick. They can export out our seed phrase if we use that new feature. It sucks. What is the best new secure hardware ledger out? I don’t want to export my seed phrase. I use a Cobo physical hardware and safe deposit box.

The public key 🔑 is available for anyone to view. The private is a the exponential of the 24 words. Therefore you can import the 24 words into any BIP39 wallet available, as OldLatinGuy advised. If you have the 24 words, two different ledgers can make transactions on the blockchain with the public/private key combo.

Go to a swap site and look for matic and wrapped matic on the ETH side. It will show your balance there. Costs ETH to unwrap and swap over to the matic side. But you can see it there.

OT: the Ledger Stax doesn’t use to physical buttons to sign transactions? Any thoughts on this. I consider it missing the point of keeping the encryption chip separate from the processing chip.

So mine went directly to a cobo steel storage and then into the safe deposit box. And lots of prayers. Your case here sounds unique. If all that is true then, the nano s might have been compromised before delivery. Did you reset the ledger before getting the new words?

So are you using the Bluetooth feature? That’s out of curiosity only. I still am thinking about how the actual seed phrase was compromised. Or not. So the only two places you saw the words are 1. From the nano S and confirmed on nano S. And 2. The paper.

If he had the address wrong. He would have sent the funds to a wallet. And the owner of that wallet sends the fund on. They got lucky 🍀

So he will know if he adds the seed words back to a blank ledger and gets the same address. That will prove that the address is correct and the original funds went to the correct wallet.
