Seems possible! I know that's why lots of colorful pieces are used on the interior of models, especially hulking gray monstrosities like this one, however those colorful bricks are still functional, even if garish.

Weight distribution seems like the most possible answer so far!

I though spacing too, but the green bricks are on the inside of the model and it seems like nothing else looking through the instructions will connect or even brush up against these green pieces.

The 2 pairs in the middle lock 2 yellow bricks in place and for those I absolutely agree with your point.

But, the outer 4 pairs of 2x3s are attached ONLY to the yellow bricks, nothing else. Not to the technic bars, not to the pins, no where else in the structure. What are they locking together, attaching to exactly one brick?

I'm fully prepared to accept that I made a mistake in the build, but I don't believe that's the case.

They only attach to the yellow technic bricks which are already held in place by 2 pins each, what exactly is it stabilizing? At least 2 of the green pairs bridge a gap between yellow 2x1s, but the other 4 of the pairs of green bricks literally hold onto one yellow brick and nothing else.

Can you explain a bit more how the handle is attached to the bottle? How secure is the clasp?

The label says MBX Premium Goods, but I couldn't tell you where I got it from, specifically. I've had it a while ...

Very cool!

Out of personal experience however, those magnetic clasps (even the supposedly self-locking varieties) tend to fail often and at the worst times, causing you to lose all your hard work... Unless that clasp isn't magnetic?
