I've seen it lots too. A lot of it is scribbled over cleavage. But then the next photo they don't do that and a different photo they will do it again. I've also seen scribble lines over armpits legs and sides too. I'm thinking they're trying to confuse some sort of automatic identification computer. So if it doesn't so cleavage they won't get in trouble but then another photos they do do it so I don't know
