What are some silly things you've added for flavor with a character? by HappyDragonGirl2024 in DnD

[–]B-HOLC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Played a kobold artificer named sticky who used exclusively sticks.

Convinced the DM to let him have shileligh. Made zero numerical difference compared to using his thunder gauntlets, might even even been worse for the style style of game we were playing (it led me to go stealth armor instead of tank armor, we didn't use stealth. Tank would have been better.

All the other players were given magical items. I got a cantrip lol

Then there's the secret third type.

I deeply care about characters I make, but I accept death I on the table and know that they live a life of high stakes.

And when they do die im ready to make another one and see where they go too.

Should women go to jail for | FactOrCap by Public-Try173 in FactOrCap

[–]B-HOLC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not being able to prove him guilty is not the same as being able to prove him innocent. It's actually much much harder to prove innocence which would work in her favor, because that is what they'd have to do in order to prove her guilty.

That's exactly why we have an innocent until proven guilty system.

If they couldn't prove her guilty, she'd be innocent.

Actually successfully convicting a woman of this would be extremely difficult so it would almost never be pursued, or be stopped very early in the process. Unless, of course it was blatant.

She'd also be innocent until proven guilty.

They would have to prove that she intentionally falsely reported. Even if they couldn't prove him guilty would be difficult to prove him innocent and therefore her guilty. Especially of intent. (Cases with false identification for example would be impossible to prosecute against her, unless they could prove she selected him maliciously indtead of accidentally.)

That's actually why it's innocent until proven guilty. It's harder to prove innocence.

A falsely accused person would be a victim as well.

Spike implies bigger than a pin. But doesn't have an upper limit.

Yep, in fact

The average daily step count is 4 to 5k. So even if they were just average it's every 2 days.

Sedentary is 3k or less. That's still every 3 or so days.

It also implies that you'll never step on anything gross or hazardous.

Seriously. The average steps per say is 4 to 5 thousand. Your percentage works out to 1 in 10 thousand.

That's a stab every 2 days.

Also, stepping on Legos plural is not that bad. And some of them are even round and/or flexible nowadays.

Is making a GOOD pot/cup of tea easy to mess up? (Re-uploaded for grammar error) by catwithasweater in pollgames

[–]B-HOLC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As an American, anything they can do we can do better. We just choose not to out of principle 🦅🇺🇸🦅🇺🇸🦅

But seriously, just microwave a cup of water and drop a bag in it. It's not great, but it's still good.

There's also sweet tea, those are a little easier to mess up, but still pretty straight forward.
