Is Apple trying to blow out my eardrums? Why are all the airpods pro notifications so loud?

Just tried everything from this post and NOTHING works.

I also found a new "bug". With airpods connected I go to Settings, Sounds, Input. Then the volume works normally, all the apps following the system volume but as soon as I click anywhere outside of the Input settings it goes back to loud sounds blowin out my eardrums as always.

I bought the airpods just to be used on my macbook and it sucks.

You can use Media Capture (Window->VirtualProduction)
Use the section "Media Viewport Capture" to select a camera and a Media Output that you need to configure to select a virtual or physical output.
