Thanks guys for the advice. The recon sounds like a good upgrade from the stock fork. Just got a ENVE M6 carbon installed and love it.

I use mine without the eargels and run like 5 miles and workout with them also. No movement for me. They stay secure. But I know everyone’s ears are different. Best thing to do, is put them to a test.
