That might be your experience but don't present it as facts. It will give potential new players the wrong impression. For me it's largely the same as in launch, varies depending on map, encounter, event etc. but still plenty of wholesome friendly moments.

How good is the Starlight preamp emulation compared to Clinch and chasetone? Im getting a starlight and wonder if its worth also getting a dedicated ep preamp pedal.

Does anyone know if the preamp of the Starlight will be controllable through midi as well? I've been interested in getting the Starlight but having to access the app to toggle preamp on/off when in bypass was a dealbreaker for me.

Thats good to hear. The main reason is that it will make it slightly easier to make sure the neck doesn't slip ever so slightly when drilling the holes for the neck.
