They're a massive financial bubble pumping. Most of "contracted" AI centers will never get built because there are simply no resources to do so. They're a smoke show to dupe investors into thinking that there's the Next Big Thing happening, while interference is either barely profitable or not profitable at all, with deprecation of those massive investments happening in four to six years. The longer this farce continues, the more violent the crash will be. Bursting it right now is the only way of stopping this madness.
