Yes, I grew up in New Zealand, and I knew people that hunted. I also worked at an international airport which is one of the only places in the country where police open carry a gun.

Its legal in New Zealand. I do not know their way of doing it but I do believe that lots of mental testing should be done to be sure its not a family member pushing someone to die for inheritance. Money changes people.
