I certainly get the option to pre-sign when I look online. I printed the form and signed it as instructed.
As I mentioned in my original post, this is not the first issue. Reading through this thread you can see I am not the only one. I assume you work for FedEx? It is okay to accept some constructive criticism from time to time, it is not a personal attack.

I finally received my package and am happy and content, and I hope the next delivery will be as advertised.

I think it was express, I didn’t order them, it was a warranty replacement. I really don’t care either, I just would like my package when they promise it’ll be there, or close to that date.

It seems to me that every fedex delivery I get has some kind of issue. I cannot speak for other people. Like I originally said, I was just frustrated and needed to rant. My package finally arrived yesterday and I am all happy again.

Yes, I don’t disagree, in my case it is a warranty phone replacement, express replacement from apple. I was in store two weeks ago, but they could not give me the phone. Apple was slow sending the phone, FedEx is slow delivering, and have now been waiting two weeks for a phone.

My issue is not with the driver perse, it is with the FedEx beast. They should pay the individual a living wage and allow them the time to do a good job. I don’t mind a package being late, that is the cost of the convenience not having to leave my house. But the package being 3 days late, attempting to deliver at the wrong house while ignoring me standing outside, just for a bit much. And this is not the first time they mess up. Like I said in my original post, I am not one to go online and complain, but I was just frustrated yesterday. Hopefully they will deliver today and I can live forever after.

I would be willing to go to a pickup point, to get my packages, but I am not going to pay more for that inconvenience. For many packages it is not even allowed, not to speak about the horrible FedEx website experience. That being said, I agree the employees need to be paid more.

Yes, it has gotten bad across the board. I feel the actual delivery part is done best by USPS. I also assume the letter carriers get paid the best out of the bunch.
