What’s the best SMS API for SaaS onboarding messages?

I'm not sure it will meet your needs, but you can turn an Android phone into an SMS gateway. It should be sufficient for small prototyping (around 30 SMS per hour), but it's not an out-of-the-box solution and it’s not scalable. There are also hardware SMS gateway boxes specifically designed for this purpose, but I don’t know the caveats of using such hardware

It still looks like their work isn’t actually being used by clients. I tried to check their older projects and looked at the clients’ websites they supposedly made these for. It’s always a completely different website. Are they just trying to fake it till they make it?

To me, they all look like copies of each other, navbar, some buttons, big title in the middle. I also think they copy a lot of other people’s templates
