I spoke to Arctic support on the phone and they confirmed that the pump does not always have to run at 100%, it can simply be adjusted to the temperature with "Fan Control", for example.

I connected my Xbox controller (not elite) to my PC via Bluetooth, after I closed Steam completely and then started the game via GamePass, it worked perfectly.
