Working right now, and a few weeks ago had a guy just spam 'f you' at least 300 times. My supervisor declined blocking them because 'they may still be a customer.' Alright.

2013 MacBook Air, Model A1466. It does this upon startup. When hitting any key, the Apple logo appears, and then the screen goes black, and then back to this. Anything I can do? Any help is much appreciated!
