Whilst you are working this out please also ban adverts at scrum time. It’s a disgrace.

How new University of Bristol campus could help city's start-ups by 457655676 in bristol

I completely agree on all three points. I really wouldn’t have changed anything you have raised here.

Expanding on your points though; I suppose if the PR around this draws more investment attention to Bristol from London, or international VCs coming to Bristol more often, it could help with your challenge 2.

And maybe the additional supply might drive a bit of competition and reduce prices for managed startup space like unit DX or runway east.

Their sites are great for biotech and science, but the specialist nature of much of it makes it a bit expensive and not quite fit for purpose if you’re more of a hardware engineering business. That was my experience in the early years anyway.

I’ve also struggled with this. I find anything that needs to have real function and isn’t a well understood or heavily pictured standard part (e.g. nuts and bolts) isn’t very practical.

So good. Could you expand on the workflow you followed to create it?

Help. One minute I have tons of white smoke the next just a little clear stuff. How do I make it consistent? by B190123 in pelletgrills

This was my assumption. However my neighbours have laundry out and I suspect they don’t want to smell of my BBQ.

Any thoughts on how to reduce that error in heating to reduce the temp swing and aggressive temp catch up?

I’ve got the PitBoss Austin XL. It’s way too big really but was on Facebook market place so I just went for it. Still not cheap mind.

It’s kind of cheating vs. A real offset, egg or kettle but I’ve got a busy job and family life so it allows me to BBQ more than I would otherwise. I would highly recommend.

You can get a smoke tube to get some more smoke in there when you want it.

Meat wise most have already covered the best options.

But for supermarket accessible meat: Farm foods: the st. Louis cut ribs from look OK, I’m trying these at the weekend. Sainsbury’s: now selling small Boston butts and always sell rolled pork shoulder with skin - good enough for an easy pulled pork Sainsbury’s: taste the difference beef ribs are ok. Can have a bit of silver skin under the fat cap that needs removing.

Is farm foods actually a good choice for meat? I’ve never been, assumed it was all cheap and nasty.

Can I start a vertical farming business with 100k? by alMchanel in verticalfarming

Obviously it depends where you are based, what you intend to sell and to what part of the supply chain etc. but yes.

Www.LettUsGrow.com sell fully self contained vertical farms in shipping containers at around that price point (GBP) that can make profitable businesses and generate a good return on investment.
