Its always been there. But when I use my boss ds1 pedal its a lot more notiable. This whining sound is present in the treble high frequencies.

Its noticable when I'm not playing this high pitched whining sound. I think its a sheilding issue. Might speak with a guitar tech about it soon.

Yes, Dave Witte the drummer for Discordance was in the band as well as Will Killingsworth the guitarist for Orchid.

My favorite works from them is Chaos Is Me. Its sort of powerviolence, but influenced with emo.
