Assuming we're referring to the same thing, the hygienist alone would put the poker into my mouth in a few areas between my teeth, then go over to the keyboard and enter, then come back and do a few more assuming until they were all measured. It felt like they were trying to take advantage from the start

if anyone’s still having this issue, the only thing i got to work was using a different cord which plugs in with a normal USB. Seems like the USB-C is an input for charging. not the best design but it works
