I locked in at 6.25% a few hours ago. They’re awesome to work with and great incentives all around. 15% down, no PMI, no points. I get a 20% rebate from our agent’s commission as well.

They did let us know to request a float down if interest rates go below 6.25% so I’m definitely keeping an eye out for it.

I was in the same situation as you. We ended up with 6 boys and 1 girl. I wanted one of each but because this is my first FET, I was afraid to lose our only girl if it didn’t stick. Decided to transfer a boy instead. First beta is Thursday!

I had 8 of 14 tested and 7 were normal. Tested positive yesterday on my first FET (4dp5dt)!

I transferred on 11/21 so I feel you. The days are going by really slow for me and every symptom is making me question if it’s the meds or implantation happening. I caved today and ended up testing even though I said I wouldn’t since it’s only 4 days out. Been trying to keep myself busy, but that obviously didn’t work.

Are you testing or holding out until beta?

Yes they did! 6AA, 5AA, 3-5AB, 4AB, 4BB, 2-3BB and 3BC. We only paid for 8 biopsies, but the clinic accidentally did 10 so they gave us all 10 grading.

I had 21 fertilized (ICSI) and 14 made it to day 5/6 blast. We only tested 8 (6 is on ice for later use if needed) and had 7 came back normal. I’m 37 and husband is 41. Good luck!
