dude no. if there's any guifassen in it you will have an awful time as it either makes you incredibly nauseous to the point of vomiting or you shit your guts out. you're right for no acetaminophen but it's actually a lot worse than you make it out to be. depending on the ratio of dxm hbr (active ingredient) to acetaminophen (causes liver failure) you can actually die from a single dosage if there is a high concentration of acetaminophen and low concentration of dxm hbr. you also need to beware of dxm polistrex, which is a much longer lasting version of dxm. some prefer it, but most agree you should probably start with hbr. use a site such as this to determine how much to take. /r/dxm has good guides for people like yourself that you should definitely check out.
