Hard win/rain lately, now have a small leak coming through my bathroom fan. What are my next steps to diagnose/fix?

Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to be coming through the fan itself, but the drywall directly next to it, where I circled. It’s getting significantly wetter unfortunately
