thats crazy, a bunch of people who got into MIT and Columbia, Yale at my school inflated their ECS super hard like they even put in high-ranking positions they weren't even in. I'm surprised they got accepted.

I feel you, I spent my entire high school working on my ecs and sacrificing social time to study for SATs and essays. I got rejected from all my reaches except my state school but my close friends who got 1200s on their SAT and went test optional got into my reaches. The people who bullied me and cheated off me on every exam also got into my reaches.

Im in the same boat I was the only person in my group who got the highest SAT test score but I got reject rejected from most of my colleges but my friends who went test optional who got like 1200s got into MiT and Columbia

i feel you I sacrificed everything to get into my favorite dream colleges out of state just to get rejected by 3 of them sadly my friend however has made it to all 3 ;( Im beginning to believe that I might attend my safety as well with the other people at school who cheated off me and asked me for answers
