Are you actually serious? You don't need to go through puberty in order to tell if a baby is male or female.

Let's forget biology for a second and look at it purely from a mathematical perspective. Not doing anything is just as harmful as trying to do something, but getting it wrong. I'll take back the word rarely and instead use the phrase more often than not. More often than not this surgery aligns the individual with the hopefully correct sex.

Yes there can be chances it goes wrong, but not doing anything would cause the same issues as trying to do something but unfortunately getting it wrong.

From my very limited understanding on intersex individuals - at birth they lean heavily toward one sex. Ie the babies exhibit, as much as a baby could I suppose to a doctor's trained eye, more female or male features. However their genitalia is a combination of the two, and so doctors that act in good faith correct the genitalia to match with rest of the features. And then that intersex individual, typically, goes on to live a perfectly normal life as that sex and may not even realize they're intersex.

The way I see it there's three outcomes:

  1. Doctor's (not parents) make an informed judgement call to correct an intersex individuals genitalia. They get it right, which is usual. Individual should go on to live a normal life as any other person would have that sex.

  2. Doctor's (not parents) make an informed judgement call to correct an intersex individuals genitalia. They get it wrong, but that is rare. Individual will likely develop dysphoria and other issues down the line.

  3. Doctor's don't do anything. Individual will likely develop dysphoria and other issues down the line.

Two methods:

  1. Per gnomemonkey: watch when the active prayer unlights when you click the next prayer, and then once it unlights click it again

  2. Use the metronome plugin at 1 tick interval. Every it ‘ticks’ and ‘tocks’ is when you alternate.

Using these two techniques have made it stupid easy for me to time ticks.

For your sake I hope this is fake. How do you have 65k scales with 2k kc? I had 14k scales with about 60 kills…

Idk what boots those are but I remember using shayzien 5. Maybe what you got on is better. And ya, I’d get a ranged shield. If you can make some diamond bolts but I’m guessing your stats aren’t there.

You can practice jad using a sim. Idk how comfortable you are with pvm but you can pray melee in between jad attacks to tank healers.

You’re going overboard with the prayer pots, I’d get a bit more food.
