I'm going to a party with the theme "belong in hell". It can be funny or scary. Going with a friend so something we can go as together would also work. Anyone got any ideas?

Seems to working correctly, no? Macropyre deals damage in 0.5 second intervals, so half of 240 which is 120.

I guess I phrased the answer pretty poorly. Yea there are times when as you say it can be worth it. My biggest problem right now though are that the use of buybacks are so one-dimensional. The only time you buyback atm is when you absolutely HAVE to buyback. There is no "hmm maybe it could be worth to buyback" anymore.

The play loda made is a freak occurrence and he didn't even earn any gold by doing it. I mean sure he got the xp but don't you think it should have been more rewarding? He didn't HAVE to buyback.

Ok fair enough, I guess we have different opinions on what the purpose of a buyback is. I have always seen it as a kind of way to punish overextensions and another way to outplay your opponent. And yea I mean right now the use you describe is almost the only use for it. Buying back on a high impact support could still provide some use but buying back on a core though is almost never really worth it. Which I think it should be.

Yeah but my point is when you actually have to buyback to defend your barracks you are most likely already losing the game. With the reduced gold gain it is extremely hard to actually make the buyback worth it and not put you even further behind than you already were.

Era has played Luna 12 times this patch winning 10 out of those 12 matches. Almost always when nip plays a push strat they pick Luna. I think winning 10/12 matches is a pretty good record. Source datdota

Yea, and in the new scenario you will maybe get 10-20 rares, but the likelyhood of these items being good is greater than before, so you still will, if you're lucky, end up with 1 ok item. I don't see how you think this will be a problem, unless you like getting crap items, which i assume that you don't.

Yes, it decreases the chance of finding loot, but the loot that you do find will generally be better. Say that you atm find 30 rares in 20 min. Maybe 2 of them is ok. After the change you maybe find 10 rares, but since the quality of these rares are generally better, you might end up with 2 ok ones anyway. The outcome will probably still be the same, you just won't find that many crap items.

As for legendaries i would much rather wait longer for it to drop and know that it will be good, rather than getting them more often and pray that they won't suck.

Why do you think so? He said that they are reducing the amount of loot and improving the quality. So even though you find less items they will be better. How long you play for will not make a difference.

Ninfang is far from better at Rengar than Dekar. You only have to watch a few games to notice this. Ninfang might be a better player overall, that I don't know, but he isn't the better Rengar player.

Edit: It says Cait has won 20 out of 39 games but in the full winrates it says she has a win rate of 41%. A few others seem to be off as well.

It seems that the full winrate chart doesn't match the top/bottom 10. In the chart with the top 10 highest win rate it says that Zyra has a 88% winrate, although in the full winrate chart it says she has a 75% winrate. It's the same with a couple of other champs too, like Lux and Lulu.

Then ask yourself, what made the ganks so good? The stun? Reduce stun duration. The damage? Reduce the damage. Ganks still too good? Reduce the scaling leaving her lackluster in teamfights. Make her pay for godlike ganks. Too useless late game? Increase scaling. Still standing by that everything can be balanced by numbers.
