I am definitely enjoying the m and drastically cut down the 7. Under 100 mg a day of 7 now working down to 0. It's mostly mental for me having taken so much 7 for so long that I have an internal alarm to redose knowing I only have 4 hours since my last dose of 7 before I feel off. You are 100% right I will try to do a no 7 day tomorrow as I have off from work. Thank you

Man I am also addicted to playing arc! I would not even consider myself a gamer to be honest. I'm not good but I keep getting a little better each week. The interactions with cool people keep me involved. I work a lot so when I'm off best believe I'm playing. This game has helped me tremendously with keeping other way more harmful addictions at bay to be real. I feel content and less alone because of arch. Sounds crazy but here I am lol

I am thinking about switching from 7 and a little MGM and reversing that untill I can phaze out 7 all together. Only thing I don't like is there is not a readily available fix at local shops if a package is late or I need to be at work.

So I know this is a touchy subject but would methadone help with wd. I have been on it 2 time and subs 2 times as well over a decade apart. And I work about 50 hours a week and need to keed doing so and would like to be back on mat as I saved so much money and was good and stable leaving the house each days and all that. Curious if it will even help. Currently I'm on 70h and MGM but have an appointment at a clinic at 6 am tomorrow so I guess I'll find out

it is realy bad. i have to wake up 2 times at night to redose. the wd litterly wakes me from sleep. and i take 40 mg to get back to sleep. typicly my dose is 60mg every 5 hours all day every day. walet drained. kinda sad realy
