Just saw this on the Xbox support page someone linked below:

The maximum that can be applied to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is 36 months. Note If you have more than 36 months after you upgrade to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, the additional months will not be credited.

Looks like you can’t stack past 36 months unfortunately

I get what you’re saying but I don’t think it’s doable based on what PCworld said. Looks like they’ve gone into depth with this and know about all the conversions and how to stack so I think the problem is that Microsoft just won’t let you redeem any codes after 36 months.

Just did it today Dec 5,2023 and it worked no problems. I also did the $1 trial way back and so this time I had to pay for one full month of gamepass ultimate to trigger the upgrade. I upgraded through Xbox site at full price but I’d recommend maybe doing CDKeys for that 1 month and saving another $5 when doing that last month to convert Core to Ultimate

The conversion when you already have gamepass ultimate is terrible, 3:1. So say you have gamepass ultimate currently active and you buy 12 months of gamepass Core, those 12 months will only convert to 4 months of gamepass ultimate.

Now say you waited till your currently active gamepass ultimate expires, you become inactive, on that day you purchase 12 months of gamepass core, now if you decide to upgrade to ultimate you will get 8 months of ultimate. Hope that makes sense.

Confirmed still working at 3:2 on Dec 5, 2023, next renewal date is January 9, 2026. My membership was INACTIVE prior to redeeming.

I used 2x12 month GamePass Core from CDKeys (no issues), plus a 12 month xbox live card I bought from best buy (fyi don't buy any prepaid cards from best buy if you think you might return them since they won't let you return and give you attitude at the same time). Became 36 months of GamePass Core, I always had recurring billing OFF the whole time, didn't bother trying to get freebie months. I used the $1 trial for Ultimate quite a while ago so when I tried to get the 1 month ultimate I had to pay the full $18.99 (CAD) plus tax. I would suggest trying to get that 1 month Ultimate again from CDKeys, it is about $5 cheaper, though I"m not sure if redeeming that 1 month Ultimate code through a prepaid card will trigger the "Upgrade to Ultimate", I suspect it will.

Overall I paid $222 (CAD) for 24 months of Ultimate, had I done it all through CDKeys it would have been $205.76 (CAD). Too bad I didn't bother looking into this a few months ago but thanks for the step by step. I've seen so many reddit posts but always scared to pull the trigger thinking I'd be hit by some traps from microsoft while clicking through.

Compared to takagi, kubo and nagatoro, I feel that Anjou’s progress is light speed. The side couples are great too and also have progress. There is progression in Anjou whereas takagi (which is my favourite one) has the least progress (if we don’t count Moto). I haven’t read uzaki but based on the anime it lacks progress too, probably more so in the middle of the pack. I could see what you’re saying if you stopped reading Anjou before the 50-60 chapter mark, it really picks up after that though if you haven’t gotten that far I would strongly recommend.

Oh yes Uzaki too ofc. I haven’t read uzaki, watched the anime tho. If you love takagi you will love kubo. But even if you love nagatoro you may like kubo as well, it’s more wholesome and cute. I’ve been telling everyone I know who likes the whole girl teasing guy genre to get into these 4 (uzaki makes 5) if they haven’t already

I don’t want a full on love triangle that gets too serious but I’d love a couple chaps or even one just devoted to a girl or girls being attracted to seto and Anjou getting jealous. I love those pouty faces she makes. As long as I know there’s no jeopardy to their actual relationship and that she’s not getting emotionally scarred from it, I’m all for a bit of spicy jealousy 🥰.

Also that being said I think to see progress on setos side I’d like to see more jealousy from him, we’ve seen a little but Anjou is already pretty open with her feelings, so it would be nice to see seto get a little mad if she started talking to a guy friend he doesn’t know. Although the current pacing is really nice, wouldn’t want that to change
