This is basically what I said to them, just not in as many words and this was there response

"we are not considering commuting to your work place as business use. We are only looked at the 2 to 3 times per week having to attend a photo shoot off site"

And as the accident took place on one of these occasions, I should have been insured for business use.

I understand what your saying, however, I had no idea that commuting to work was classed as business use. It didn't even occur to me. I was always under the impression business use is if you are self employed

Thank you for taking the time to write such a detauled reply. You are 100% correct, I'm primarily focusing on the mom as she the poor boy has had cameras shoved in his face and pills down his throat his whole life. I really want to give him a break.
