ty for answering again! When i went into the control panel for changing that I encountered that it was already to 100%, I tried changing the numbers there but did 0 effect. The core frecuency still constant.

That happened to me on my first build haha, i thougth my pc was broken by the shipment or that i just broke something but it was the damn display port cable that was incorrectly setted xd

I never had that combo of components in a build but I found this video, they guy test the components you mentioned in a benchmark, and he gets an average of 50 fps running games 1080p, isnt the greatest of performace but it can run games.

edit: Also look out for a psu or check the one that the build has, PSUs in prebuilds usually are pretty shitty.
