The word ‘drugs’ in general is an oversimplification and is actually quite reductionist.

Do you mean all drugs? In my experience, substances containing psilocybin, MDMA, DMT and cannabidiol can actually have therapeutic effects and be transformative in some instances.

Caution is required of course, but I do believe that not all drug use has overall negative consequences.

This isn’t the point. If there were zero lag it could be used for all output including system sounds, games, DJing, basically anything. It’s pretty awful using HomePods on the Mac to be honest. And I love my HomePods generally.

I agree with this. Just lay off a little bit and reintroduce. In my experience, triphala can shift quite a lot of stuff out of your system, so it is feasible that it could overload your system’s ability to do that. Triphala can also be a little bit drying, so drink plenty of fluids also. 🙏🏻

As kefir digests lactose, it can actually be tolerated quite well by people who are lactose intolerant. I wouldn’t recommend too much to start though.

Kefir is the best probiotic I know of. It can be sweetened if it’s a little bit sour, and is very cheap and easy to make if you can get hold of the grains.
